Outfishers Shipping Policy
We try to ship every order the same or next business day. Our default carrier is UPS but we do reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order at the time of shipment. You'll receive tracking information once your item ships.
Insurance and Delivery
We insure all orders for the value of your purchase. As a standard of practice, we do not ship with a signature required upon delivery but we are happy to do so upon request.
Can Outfishers ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally via UPS. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Who can I contact about shipping issues?

Can I pick my order up instead of shipping it?
No can do, sorry. We don't offer warehouse visits, or item pickups or dropoffs.
Can I change a shipping address on an order?
We usually ship orders the same or next day. If you need to change the address of a recent purchase, give us a call at 833-265-2197 and we'll do our best to help you out.
Can Outfishers hold my order from shipping?
We can hold a shipment for up to two weeks after you make a purchase. If you want us to hold a recent purchase from shipment, give us a ring at 833-265-2197. Our orders usually ship within one business day of being placed and we can't hold shipments once they have shipped.
